Everyone requires beautiful, FAIR/VERY FAIR bride. How about marrying a well decorated Tube Light, very convenient idea..Right?!



I had never been "fair" and hence was always teased for NOT being "One of Them" both in school and locality. I started building complex and was ashamed of myself. I was so desperate that I was ready to take up anything to be fair, so that people won't shove my off, so that I would become "One of Them". Ranging from home remedies to all possible cosmetics, from parlor to fairness creams, I literally followed all possible QUICK FAIRNESS TRICKS and end up looking like Dissembler.



As years passed, I realized looks,complexion and external beauty are the phenomena that are vital exclusively air-headed people. They are those breed of illogistic human being who completely soaks themselves in powders, foundations, correction pens and every other such cosmetics; Photoshop their selfie to get even fairer photo and can be easily heard endorsing tips and tricks for "beautiful skin" and passing racial comments on others. 

I am not saying that everyone is racist or every dark-skinned person is on receiving end. I am simply taking to those who falls in either of the two categories.


Is being "fair" the ONLY criteria to survive, isn't Being Human MOST IMPORTANT norm for liking or disliking someone? Would you like to be around someone who is more than beautiful externally and don't respect you or would you like to be around someone who might not be very beautiful but loves you unconditionally?

Try and get over the external skin and learn to appreciate the inner beauty of those around you because on death bed, no one remembers the cosmetic you use or the rating of your fairness on shade card, you will simply be loved or hated for being what you are now.
