Piracy for computer games

Finding a pirated version of any game is as easy as browsing of items through the net. Gaming piracy have grown over the recent years. There are many factors which lead to increased piracy. There are numerous websites which easily offer pirated versions of game at no additional cost. EA SPORTS refer to pirates of games as stealers or thieves who eat up the share of profits earned by them. Also another most important factor that has lead to increased piracy is the price of original game. A good game with a high quality graphics, cutting edge technology and deep game play will cost anywhere around Rs 3000. But most of the people are not willing to spend that much amount on a single game. The most pirated games are those which top the list of gaming charts. Pirated versions are available like hot cakes to be delivered to the users. But there are some measures through which we can reduce the piracy of the games to a great extent but cannot eliminate it completely though. The first and foremost measure could be bringing down the price of the original game so that it does not burn a hole in the consumer's pocket. Secondly would be to educate the customers and make them aware about the original versions available in the market and finally bringing a stronger law to check piracy. Though in some of the developed nations there a strict measures to curb piracy but most of the nations lack a strong law.

The over all competitive advantage of an organization is not just dependent on the quality and efficiency of the company and quality of products but also upon the that of its suppliers and wholesalers and retailers it may use. The analysis of overall supply chain is called the value system. Different parts of the value chain 1.  Supplier     2.  Firm       3.   Channel 4 .   Buyer

Big-M Method and Two-Phase Method

Big-M Method The Big-M method of handling instances with artificial  variables is the “commonsense approach”. Essentially, the notion is to make the artificial variables, through their coefficients in the objective function, so costly or unprofitable that any feasible solution to the real problem would be preferred, unless the original instance possessed no feasible solutions at all. But this means that we need to assign, in the objective function, coefficients to the artificial variables that are either very small (maximization problem) or very large (minimization problem); whatever this value, let us call it Big M . In fact, this notion is an old trick in optimization in general; we  simply associate a penalty value with variables that we do not want to be part of an ultimate solution(unless such an outcome is unavoidable). Indeed, the penalty is so costly that unless any of the  respective variables' inclusion is warranted algorithmically, such variables will never be p
